I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a lovely bed, but the sofa bed in the lounge area was not appealing to my kids. The vending machines for powder were convenient. The service was inconsistent, with different staff members giving conflicting information, but some staff really went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The location was convenient for accessing various theme parks but getting around beyond the universal parks was not easy. The dining options were limited, but I enjoyed a delectable dessert at the Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen.
